Who owns the solar panel setup?

JKICI and our finance partners own, operate, and maintain the solar panel array throughout the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) period. After the agreement expires (typically 15 to 25 years), ownership of the system is handed over to the client for free.

How do we save money if we don't own the system?

You pay zero for panels or engineering. Instead, we sell the electricity produced by the solar plant back to your facility at a rate that is guaranteed to be 20-30% lower than state utility grid rates, reducing operating expenses immediately.

Who is responsible for panels maintenance and cleaning?

JKICI handles 100% of panel cleanings, electrical maintenance, inverter swaps, and grid monitoring. We maintain telemetry meters to track generation levels and handle any repairs on our budget.

Is our rooftop roof suitable for Solar RESCO?

Most commercial RCC roofs, industrial metal tin sheds, and open lands are suitable. The minimum roof requirement is typically 10,000 sq. ft. of clean shadow-free zone to allow installation of a viable 100 kW plant.
